She has been a part of the WCR (Women Council of Realtors) Utah County. She also volunteers to help Young Women with their Personal Progress, which is a goal-setting and achievement program for girls 12-18 years old.

She has worked with Rural Housing Development at the Local Level and HUD housing at the Federal Level, she believes home ownership is the most important asset a person can have.
But not everything is work for Connie, she has made a lifelong commitment to service either in her community or around the world.
One of her passions is to travel, and learn languages. She also signs ASL if the need arises she is also on her way to learn French Creole.
She is a Wife and loves her family and she is currently writing on her first book.
